根据国家标准《石油化工企业设计防火规范》（GB50160-92）之规定：“储存甲、乙类液体的固定顶罐，应设阻火器和呼吸阀”。可见呼吸阀、阻火器是储罐不要缺少的安全设施。它不仅能维持储罐气压平衡，确保储罐在超压或真空时免遭破坏，且能减少罐内介质的挥发和损耗。
我公司生产的呼吸阀，具有结构紧凑、通气量大、泄漏量小、密封性能好等特点。最近又开发了具有国际先进水准的防爆阻火呼吸阀（HXF-IZ型），阻火器位于呼吸阀吸入口处，彻底杜绝火源进入呼吸阀壳体内。具有体积小、重量轻、检修、清洗、更换方便等优点。
Flame Arrestor and breather valve should be equipped on the top of tank for type A and B liquid according to GB50160-92,”Fire prevention code of petrol chemical enterprise design”. Breather valve and flame arrestor are indispensable safety devices.They can not only remain tank internal normal pressure,but also prevent over pressure or vacuum in tank and reduce liquid volatilization loss in tank.
Our breather valve have some good fearures.such as we have recently produced a new flame breather valve, HXF-IZ, which the flame arrestor is installed the suction end of breather valve,avoiding flame into the body of breather valve.It is characterized by better inspection,clear up and replacement.
